meta inappropriately retained when dropping from StringSeq

Description

In 1.12.0-alpha1 changes for meta is evidently inappropriately retained in the IDrop implementation for StringSeq.

Repro of the regression:

Patch: clj-2741.patch - don’t retain metadata in drop implementation on StringSeq (drop is a sequence function that does not retain metadata usually).
